Music Theory – Mondays
Leonard is a genius with music theory and no it’s not rocket science. Limited knowledge in this area can hold the best practical music students back. Leonard works with the Royal Irish Academy of Music Theory and Harmony syllabus. These workbooks start at Preparatory grade which is basic music theory and go through the grades up to Grade 8. Students can use these classes to achieve their grades exams or help them better understand music theory for Junior and Leaving Cycle music.
Classical Piano, Keyboard skills (pop) and Guitar with Thomas Mearon – Tuesdays from 3.30pm
If its Classical piano, Guitar or keyboard skills Thomas is the teacher for you. Thomas is a jazz whizz, his classes are fun and creative with a little improvisation thrown in. Adults and children alike love his teaching style.
Doh, Ray & Me! My First Singing Class – with Shona Louise Seck & Lyndsay Golden
Wednesdays 3.30 & Saturdays 10.00 & 11.00
These fun filled singing classes are for your little stars aged 3 to 5yrs old. They are group classes with maximum 15 children in each and are 50 minutes long. Our classes are the perfect introduction to finding your voice and making new friends. Classes include vocal warm ups, group and solo singing and aural skills through fun games and music activities. Your young singer will love these creative and exciting classes. Classes are on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
Mini Mozarts – Wednesdays and Saturdays
Mini Mozart classes are for children aged 6 to 8yrs old. There are 15 maximum in each 50 minute class. These classes are fun and social but also focus on developing key musicianship skills that will prepare them for future singing/music exams. Students learn how to read and recognize music through fun and colourful music activity sheets. Classes also include vocal warm ups, musicianship skills, group and solo singing, and engaging music games. Classes are on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
Stage School JNR & SNR – with Maureen Lawler & Shona Louise Seck Wednesday 5.30 – 6.50 / 7.00 – 8.20

These exciting, creative and social classes are for your future musical theatre stars!!! Our motto is ‘Sing Act Perform’. Classes are 50mins in duration and are divided into two age groups. Our juniorclasses are for children aged 6 to 9yrs and our senior classes are for 10 +yrs. Classes include singing and acting lessons with character development, costumes, dialogue/monologue, all culminating to an end of term musical production in our local Arts Centre. Children build confidence, make friends and learn to act through song in a fun and interactive environment. Classes are on Wednesdays.
Guitar, Ukulele, Bass Guitar and Keyboard with Keif Mullis – Wednesdays from 3.30pm

Students can enjoy studying a range of styles under Keif’s tuition. From Pop, Rock and Ballad, covering classics (The Eagles)and contemporary artists (Ed Sheeran).
Whether you are an adult or child, beginners or advanced, Keif will support you on your musical journey.
Guitar and Cajon Drum with Marian O Brien – Thursdays from 3.30pm
Marian absolutely loves playing and teaching Guitar and Cajon drum. Her students will enjoy styles such as Pop, Rock and Traditional. If you are a beginner or advanced, adult or child, Marian is the teacher for you.
Piano with Chloe Murray – Saturdays
Chloe is very passionate about teaching piano and loves sharing her joy of music. Students will enjoy learning the Piano and prepping for Royal Irish Academy of Music grades if so desired. Chloe also teaches adults and children.

Students may also choose to develop their vocal ability without completing exams. Musicianship skills are developed in our classes helping our students on their musical journey. We tend to all levels and ages without any previous
Singing, Piano and Theory exams with The Royal Irish Academy of Music
We often find that having a goal to achieve can really focus the student and with this in mind we offer Royal Irish Academy of Music exams in Classical Singing, Musical Theatre and Piano. When students receive their certificate, there is an immense sense of achievement which further encourages a confidence and love for their instrument.
Junior and Leaving Certificate Music Practical exams
We also help students with Junior and Leaving certificate practical exams in music. It can be incredibly frustrating to produce a programme for practical exams that show off vocal and instrumental ability whilst also exploring different genres. With our direction we can help our
students choose a suitable and enjoyable programme to wow any examiner.
Fees, Times & Cancellation Policy
Private classes are one to one and run for 30mins. Once you are booked in, your class will take place at the same time and day weekly for the duration of the term. A term is typically 8 weeks long but can vary. Term fee is based on 8 weeks is €160
We also offer large group classes for singing costing €80 for a typical 8 week term. For more information on pricing, scheduling and other queries please contact us.
Once your term has been booked, there will be no refund or carrying forward of fees if you miss classes, however, it is possible to reschedule with your teacher if their timetable allows it. If a teacher has to cancel for whatever reason, we will reschedule or credit you for the following term.
